About Specscan

Specscan is an AI platform that digitizes the construction industry and makes it much more efficient. Founded by Oscar Meijerink (also known from Lance Free), we develop smart technology for a traditional sector in need of innovation.

Our platform uses proprietary AI technology "Starfish" to automatically convert complex construction documents and specifications into clear work packages. What normally takes contractors hours of manual work, now happens within a minute. We also help companies find the right suppliers and subcontractors for their projects.

With more than 60 companies already indicating interest, we are ready for our official launch. We are now looking for a student to help us shape our advertising strategy and accelerate our growth in the construction tech market.
